What we manufacture
Shanghai Dmpower Co.,Ltd. builds crushing and screening equipment and the wear parts that keep it running: jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, sand making machines, vibrating feeders and screens, wheel and screw sand washers, belt conveyors, and the liners, plates, meshes and rollers that are replaced on a schedule.
Machines are built to order against a drawing, not pulled from a shelf. That is what allows a plant to be delivered as a fixed installation for a quarry with permanent power, or as a trailer-mounted or tracked unit where the working face moves and foundations are not an option.
How an order is engineered
Every project starts from the material and the output, not from a model number. We ask for the rock type, the largest lump the loader or truck will tip in, the tonnage the plant has to make per hour, the product sizes the market buys, and the power available on site. From those we return a flowsheet, a model selection, a layout drawing with the civil work shown, a motor list and a price.
Production follows the approved drawing. Before dispatch the machine is assembled and run in the workshop; the client receives photographs and video of that test together with the packing list, so what arrives at the port matches what was ordered.
Where the machines work
The case pages on this site document plants we have supplied and commissioned — granite in Kazakhstan, limestone in Indonesia, basalt and river stone in Vietnam, and mobile units working on construction waste and aggregate contracts. Each case carries the throughput, the rock type, the equipment list and photographs taken on site.
The materials we see most often are granite, basalt, limestone, river stone, iron ore, tuff and demolition waste. Each behaves differently in the chamber, which is why the same nominal capacity can need a different model once the rock is known.
Exporting since 2013
We have been exporting crushing equipment since 2013. That length of time matters less for what it says about us than for what it has taught us about the paperwork: export packing that survives a transshipment, documentation that clears customs without a second week at the port, and a spare parts route that reaches a quarry before a worn liner stops the line.
