DynaMix Power
Customer visits, factory inspections and on-site commissioning, photographed as they happen.
13 years of crusher expertise: plant layout design, machine troubleshooting and after-sales support. We can recommend alternative equipment if your current model fails to meet demands.
Strict pre-shipment QC, one single contact for your whole project.
Direct supply of aftermarket replacement parts compatible with Metso, Sandvik and other mainstream brands.
Part quality comparable to OEM, with better price and shorter delivery time than original factories.

Selection starts with your data: rock type, maximum feed size, required tonnage, product sizes and the power you can supply. We use those to propose a flowsheet and a model, and we say plainly when a smaller machine will do the job or when the tonnage asked for is not reachable in one pass.
If the layout matters — an existing building, a fixed stockpile position, a narrow site — send a sketch or a photograph with dimensions and the proposal is drawn around it rather than around a catalogue page.
Progress is reported with photographs at the stages that matter: fabrication, machining of the chamber, assembly and the no-load run. If you appoint a third-party inspection company, we arrange access and the tests they ask for.
Before packing, every unit is checked against the order: model plate, motor rating, voltage and frequency, liner profile, belt width and the direction of rotation. Export packing is filmed as it is closed so a claim at destination can be settled from evidence.
For a fixed plant we supply the foundation drawing and the erection sequence, and can send a supervisor for installation and commissioning. For a mobile unit the commissioning is shorter: the machine is levelled, the conveyors are aligned, the chamber is checked and the first loads are run with the operator watching.
Operator training happens during commissioning, on the machine that will actually be run — start-up and shut-down sequence, what the ammeter is telling them, how the closed side setting is changed, and what a rising power draw means before it becomes a blocked chamber.
Wear parts are the recurring cost of a crushing plant, so we set a replacement schedule from the first set of liners and then keep the parts in production against that schedule rather than against an emergency.
Questions after start-up are handled by email or WhatsApp with photographs and a short video of the machine running. Most problems — a belt tracking to one side, a screen blinding, a chamber that is not reaching its setting — are visible in a thirty-second clip, and answering them that way avoids a service visit.
