Send the material, the capacity and the maximum feed size — the flowsheet and the price come back by return.
The more of the following you include, the fewer rounds it takes: the rock type and its condition (dry, wet, sticky); the largest lump the loader tips into the hopper; the tonnage required per hour; the product sizes and the proportion of each; the power supply available (voltage, frequency, diesel or mains); the discharge height or stockpile arrangement; and the port of destination.
If you already run a plant, a photograph of it and the model plates of the machines tell us more than a paragraph. If the requirement is a replacement part, the machine model, the cavity or part number, and a photograph of the worn part are enough to quote.
Enquiries are read by engineers. A first reply usually asks one or two questions and, where the data is sufficient, comes with a model recommendation and an indicative price range for the series. A firm quotation follows the flowsheet and includes the equipment list, the electrics, the scope of supply and the delivery term.
Nothing is charged for a configuration proposal, and there is no obligation to proceed with it.
Buyers are welcome to inspect a machine before shipment and to see the workshop where it is built. Tell us the dates and the machines you want to see and we will arrange the visit, including a run of the unit you are considering where one is available.
For buyers already in China on a sourcing trip, a visit can usually be arranged at short notice — a day is normally enough to see the fabrication, the assembly bay and a test run.
