Wear and drive parts for the machines we build and for the models they are based on: jaw plates, cheek plates, toggle plates and seats; cone mantles, bowl liners and concaves; blow bars and impact plates; VSI rotors, tips and anvils; screen mesh in wire and polyurethane; rubber and steel springs for screens and feeders; conveyor belt, idlers, pulleys and lagging; copper bushings and thrust plates.
Parts are ordered against the machine, not against a photograph alone. The same nominal size can carry two different cavity profiles, and fitting the wrong one changes the nip angle and the output curve.
Send the machine model and, where it is known, the part number from the manual. A photograph of the worn part next to a tape measure settles the rest. For cast wear parts we also ask what the machine is crushing, because the alloy choice follows the rock: Mn13Cr2 for abrasive limestone and general quarry work, Mn18Cr2 where the feed is hard granite or basalt and impact loading is heavier.
For conveyor belting, the belt width, the number of plies and the cover thickness are the three figures that decide the price. For idlers and pulleys, the belt width and the shaft diameter are the equivalent three.
Cast wear parts are made to order and are quoted with a production period rather than shipped from stock, so a planned replacement never depends on a lucky inventory position. Standard items — idlers, rollers, mesh, springs and belt — usually ship faster.
Urgent parts can travel by air to the nearest international airport while the balance of the order follows by sea, which keeps a stopped line from waiting for a container.
