Roller idlers in TD75 sizes for belt widths from 500 to 1400 mm - troughing sets, flat carrier idlers and the return idlers underneath. They are the highest-count part on any plant conveyor and the one that stops it when a bearing seizes.

A roller idler supports the loaded belt and sets its line. Three-roll troughing sets fold the belt into a trough so the load sits in the middle instead of spilling over the edges; flat carrier idlers carry the belt where the load is already spread; return idlers hold up the empty side on its way back.
The failure is almost never the tube. It is the bearing: grit works past the seal, grease is pushed out, and the roller stops turning. A stopped idler under a loaded belt rubs rather than rolls, and the belt cover fails at that point within days. That is why the seal and the grease path decide the service life of a roller idler, not the wall thickness of the tube.
The set is sized by belt width: the roller length (L) has to leave the belt supported across its full width without pinching the edges, and the bracket height (H2) fixes the trough profile. The tables below are the TD75 sizes we hold tooling for, from 500 mm to 1400 mm belt, in 89 mm and 108 mm roller diameters.
Above 1000 mm belt the roller diameter steps up to 108 mm with the 305 bearing, because a 89 mm roller at that span deflects under a loaded belt and the belt then runs on the middle roll only.
A 30-degree trough is the default for aggregate; 35 and 45 degree sets carry more cross-section on the same belt but are harder on the belt edge and need a straighter frame. If a conveyor will not train, the cause is usually one of three things: a seized idler, a set that is not square to the belt line, or a loading point that throws the load to one side. Change the idlers and the loading chute before touching the trough angle.
