Project Introduction
Granite is abrasive and hard, so on a 180 t/h line in Indonesia the wear parts set the maintenance rhythm rather than the crusher settings: jaw plates and cone liners are the recurring cost, and the plant is arranged so both can be changed without dismantling the frames. Equipment investment for the line was USD 250,000.
