Concave for cone crushers. Mn13 / Mn18 / Mn22. Supplied for mining, quarrying, cement, quoted against your crusher model or drawing.
The fixed side of the chamber, cast as one ring or in segments depending on the machine. The concave never moves, so its wear is a straight band where the feed lands — and that band, once stepped, is what makes a setting drift with nobody touching the adjustment.
| Name | Description | Material | Application | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Concave | Cone crusher concave, single ring or segmented, to the bowl drawing | Mn13 / Mn18 / Mn22 | Mining, quarrying, cement | 15–20 working days | USD 1.8–2.5 / kg |
Price is indicative, per kilogram, and moves with the manganese grade and the weight of the casting. It is fixed on the quotation. Delivery time is production time and does not include sea freight.
A cone liner is quoted against the machine model and, where one exists, the cavity drawing: the wall thickness at the wear band, the segment count and the clamp pattern all have to match what the bowl will accept. That covers our own single- and multi-cylinder series as well as the imported machines most often re-lined in the field. Where only a worn liner is available, the profile is measured and drawn before the pattern is made. HP series, GP series, Symons 4¼ / 5½ ft, Sandvik CH / CS, Terex Cedarapids, Kleemann MCO, McCloskey C.
Photographs taken in our own warehouse: finished jaw plates in stock, packed for export, and loaded for shipment. Stock levels change week to week — ask what is on the floor before you plan a shutdown.

Larger cones take the concave in two, three or four segments clamped into the bowl; smaller machines use a single ring. The count and the clamp pattern come from the machine, not from preference: a segment that does not seat flat on its wedge lifts under load, and the rock finds the gap before the operator does.
Because the concave is fixed, its wear is concentrated where the feed first touches: a band across the upper third, widening as the liner goes. A step worn into the lower edge of that band is the point where the chamber stops closing along its full height, and coarse material starts passing at the edges.
Unlike a jaw plate, a concave cannot be turned around — the profile is handed. There is no second life, so the change point is a cost decision rather than a workshop one.
Mn13 for limestone and medium-abrasive feed, Mn18 where the rock is hard and blocky, Mn22 for the heaviest tertiary duty. On most machines the concave outlasts the mantle, so the two are usually stocked in step: buying the slower-wearing half on its own leaves a spare that sits on the shelf while the mantle is changed twice.
Three inputs set the quote: the machine model, the cavity profile you are running now, and the tonnage the last liner delivered. Send the model plus either the drawing number or a photograph of the worn liner with a tape across the wear band, and the quote comes back with weight, grade and lead time. If the bowl has been re-machined, send the bore measurement as well.
