Cone Crusher Liners / Liner Plates for cone crushers. Mn13 / Mn18 / Mn22. Supplied for mining, quarrying, cement, quoted against your crusher model or drawing.
Every wear surface inside the chamber, in one place: mantles, bowl liners and concaves, in the profile and grade the machine was built around. Start here if you are re-lining a cone and are not yet sure which of the parts you need.
| Name | Description | Material | Application | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cone Crusher Liners | Mantle, bowl liner and concave liners, coarse, medium or fine cavity | Mn13 / Mn18 / Mn22 | Mining, quarrying, cement | 15–20 working days | USD 1.8–2.5 / kg |
Price is indicative, per kilogram, and moves with the manganese grade and the weight of the casting. It is fixed on the quotation. Delivery time is production time and does not include sea freight.
A cone liner is quoted against the machine model and, where one exists, the cavity drawing: the wall thickness at the wear band, the segment count and the clamp pattern all have to match what the bowl will accept. That covers our own single- and multi-cylinder series as well as the imported machines most often re-lined in the field. Where only a worn liner is available, the profile is measured and drawn before the pattern is made. HP series, GP series, Symons 4¼ / 5½ ft, Sandvik CH / CS, Terex Cedarapids, Kleemann MCO, McCloskey C.
Photographs taken in our own warehouse: finished jaw plates in stock, packed for export, and loaded for shipment. Stock levels change week to week — ask what is on the floor before you plan a shutdown.

The three chamber parts fail in visibly different places, and the pattern tells you what to order before anything is dismantled.
The same machine can be lined coarse, medium or fine, and the profile — not the manganese content — decides the product curve and the capacity. Fitting a finer cavity to gain a tighter product costs throughput; fitting a coarser one to gain throughput moves the curve and can overload the next stage. Neither is a fault, but both should be a decision rather than a surprise in the gradation report.
Mn13, Mn18 and Mn22 cover the range from abrasive limestone to hard blocky granite, and the right one is confirmed against the rock type, the feed size and the tonnage the current liner delivered. Price follows weight and grade rather than the part name, which is why a quote needs the machine model and the cavity profile before it means anything.
Delivery on a standard cavity runs 15–20 working days. A cavity that has to be re-patterned from a worn liner takes longer, and that is worth knowing before the shutdown is scheduled rather than after.
Three inputs set the quote: the machine model, the cavity profile you are running now, and the tonnage the last liner delivered. Send the model plus either the drawing number or a photograph of the worn liner with a tape across the wear band, and the quote comes back with weight, grade and lead time. If the bowl has been re-machined, send the bore measurement as well.
