Impact Crusher Parts / HSI Parts for impact crushers. Mn13 / Mn18, white iron, martensitic steel. Supplied for quarrying
The whole wear kit for a horizontal-shaft impactor, and how to work out which part you are looking at before you order. If you have a photograph and no part number, start here.
| Name | Description | Material | Application | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Impact Crusher Parts | Blow bars, impact plates, liner plates and grinding paths as one kit | Mn13 / Mn18 white iron / martensitic steel | Quarrying | 15–20 working days | USD 1.7–2.3 / kg |
Price is indicative, per kilogram, and moves with the manganese grade and the weight of the casting. It is fixed on the quotation. Delivery time is production time and does not include sea freight.
A blow bar or impact plate is quoted against the machine model and the rotor drawing: the bar length, the fixing pattern and the weight of each bar have to match, because a rotor that is out of balance destroys bearings long before the bars are worn. That covers the machines most often re-lined in the field, and where only a worn bar is available the profile is measured and drawn before the pattern is made. Nordberg NP, Hazemag APSE / APK, Sandvik CI5xx, Kleemann MR, Rubble Master RM, Terex Finlay I, Powerscreen XH, McCloskey I.
Photographs taken in our own warehouse: finished jaw plates in stock, packed for export, and loaded for shipment. Stock levels change week to week — ask what is on the floor before you plan a shutdown.

Impact crushers are simple machines with confusingly similar wear parts, and most wrong orders come from identifying the part by shape rather than by position. Four questions settle it.
The same machine is sold as an impact crusher, an impactor, a horizontal shaft impactor (HSI) and, in older catalogues, an impact breaker. The parts are identical under all four names, so a request for "HSI crusher parts" and one for "impact breaker parts" should reach the same quotation — and on this page they do.
Vertical-shaft machines (VSI) are a different family with a different wear kit; they are not covered here.
A re-line normally covers four blow bars, one or two impact plates, a set of liner plates for the housing and, less often, the grinding path. Price follows weight and grade rather than the part name, which is why a quote needs the machine model and either the drawing or the weight of the worn part.
Kits are packed as one consignment so the weights stay matched and the machine can be re-lined in a single shutdown. Delivery on standard items runs 15–20 working days; a part that has to be re-patterned from a worn sample takes longer, and it is worth knowing that before the shutdown is scheduled.
Four inputs set the quote: the machine model, the bar or plate weight, the fixing pattern and the material grade. Send the model plus either the drawing number or a photograph of the worn part against a tape measure, and the quote comes back with weight, grade and lead time. If you are replacing one bar rather than a set, send the weights of the bars still on the rotor — a set is matched by weight, not by name.
