Fixed Jaw Plate / Stationary Jaw Plate for jaw crushers. Mn13 / Mn18 / Mn22. Supplied for mining, quarrying, cement
The stationary half of the crushing chamber. Cut to the cavity drawing so the set closes to the original nip angle, and cast in the manganese grade your feed actually needs rather than the one that is cheapest to pour.
| Name | Description | Material | Application | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed Jaw Plate / Stationary Jaw Plate | Jaw crusher fixed (stationary) jaw plate, cast to the cavity drawing | Mn13 / Mn18 / Mn22 | Mining, quarrying, cement | 15–20 working days | USD 1.8–2.5 / kg |
Price is indicative, per kilogram, and moves with the manganese grade and the weight of the casting. It is fixed on the quotation. Delivery time is production time and does not include sea freight.
Every plate and casting is quoted against a crusher model and, where one exists, the drawing — so it bolts onto the existing seat instead of being fettled to fit. That covers our own PE and DC series and the imported machines most often re-lined in the field. Where only a worn part is available, the profile is measured and drawn before casting. PE series, DC series, Metso Nordberg C, Sandvik CJ / JM, Terex Pegson, Terex Finlay, Kleemann MC, McCloskey J, Komatsu BR.
Photographs taken in our own warehouse: finished jaw plates in stock, packed for export, and loaded for shipment. Stock levels change week to week — ask what is on the floor before you plan a shutdown.

The stationary jaw takes the full impact of every stroke at the feed end, where the rock is still large and angular. That is also where it wears fastest, so a fixed plate almost never wears evenly: the feed end can be through the teeth while the discharge end still measures well over half its original thickness.
Running a plate past that point costs more than the plate. The closed-side setting drifts, throughput falls, and the swing plate starts working against a face that no longer matches it — which is how one worn fixed plate takes its pair with it.
A higher manganese number buys toughness, not hardness. Mn13Cr2 work-hardens quickly under a steady load and is the usual choice for limestone and similar medium-abrasive feed. Mn18Cr2 holds together better where the rock is hard and blocky and the impact is severe, at a higher cost per kilo. Mn22Cr2 is for the heaviest primary duty — large-feed granite and basalt — where a 13% plate work-hardens too slowly to survive the first weeks.
Because the choice depends on the feed, the reduction ratio and the way the plate is bedded rather than on a catalogue page, the grade is confirmed against your rock type, feed size and current plate life in tons before the order is released.
Two inputs set the price: the weight of the part and the material grade. Send the crusher model together with the drawing number, or a photograph of the worn part with a tape measure across the teeth, and the quotation comes back with weight, grade and lead time.
