The DMSC-65 crawler mobile conveyor uses a purpose-built crawler chassis, so it travels and relocates on its own with no crane lifting and no foundation work. That shortens the period before production starts and reduces site cost. Diesel-hydraulic drive is fitted as standard, with engines that meet the emission standards of different regions, and an electric motor can be added for mains operation, so the conveyor can switch between diesel and electric drive for mines without a power supply as well as for urban sites that have one.
The machine carries a 1,000 mm wide belt and offers a conveying capacity of up to 400 tph, with a 20 m body length and hydraulic folding for transport. The working angle is hydraulically adjustable between 18 and 24 degrees, the maximum discharge height is 9 m and the stockpile volume reaches 1,300 cubic metres. An integrated hydraulic control system adjusts the angle, the feed height and the running speed, so a single operator can run the machine.
Diesel-hydraulic drive is fitted as standard and an electric motor can be added for mains operation, so the conveyor can run on either diesel or electric power to suit the site.
The crawler chassis lets the conveyor move and relocate by itself. No crane lifting and no foundation work is needed, which shortens the production start-up period and saves site cost.
Options include fully enclosed guards, anti-slip belting and a water-spray dust suppression system, so the conveyor can be matched to different requirements and dust-control standards.
The structure is rugged and wear-resistant and supports 24-hour continuous heavy-duty operation as a stable conveying unit in a mobile crushing and screening line.
The DMSC-65 crawler mobile conveyor is a self-propelled stockpiling and transfer machine rather than a crusher. A purpose-built crawler chassis lets it travel and relocate on its own, with no crane lifting and no foundation work, and hydraulic folding keeps it transportable. An integrated hydraulic control system sets the working angle, the feed height and the running speed, so one operator can run the machine.
It serves mining and rock crushing, finished aggregates, manufactured sand, construction waste recycling, refractory materials, building materials and cement, roads and bridges and expressways - wherever a mobile crushing and screening line needs to move material or build a stockpile.
The published data is set out in three blocks, and the second one is the selection aid. The specification sheet gives the body length of 20 m, a 1000 mm flat belt, a discharge height of 9 m, a stockpile volume of 1300 cubic metres and a conveying capacity of up to 400 t/h. The power unit block lists the engines and the 150 L fuel tank, which sets how long the machine can work between refuelling. The third block is the working angle table: at 18 degrees the stockpile is 606 cubic metres and the discharge height 6.9 m, and by 24 degrees those figures rise to 1132 cubic metres and 8.55 m, with length, width and height changing as well. Choose the angle from the stockpile volume you need, then check that the resulting height and length fit the site.
Before ordering, settle the material to be conveyed and its bulk density, the tonnage per hour, the stockpile volume and discharge height required, the working angle the site allows, and whether the machine will run on diesel, electricity or both.
