The tyre-mounted mobile impact crushing station is an integrated mobile machine for medium and fine crushing. It uses a semi-trailer chassis mounted on tyres, can be moved directly by road and needs no civil foundation, so it can start production as soon as it arrives on site.
The station integrates a complete feeding, impact crushing, screening and conveying system. It is aimed mainly at medium- and low-hardness materials such as limestone, river pebbles and construction waste and produces good cubical aggregate. It is widely used in infrastructure, sand and gravel quarries, solid-waste recycling and water conservancy projects, and suits frequent relocation between sites.
The machine is built with a new manufacturing process and has a large reduction ratio. High-chromium alloy blow bars and wear-resistant impact liners are used among the wear parts, which gives the plant a wide range of suitable materials.

How to select a tyre mobile impact crushing station
The tyre-mounted mobile impact crushing station is an integrated machine for medium and fine crushing. The station integrates a complete feeding, impact crushing, screening and conveying system in one unit. Material is broken by the impact of the rotating blow bars and then against the impact plates, which gives a large reduction ratio in a single pass; high-chromium alloy blow bars and wear-resistant impact liners are used among the wear parts.

The table has one row per feature and two columns, DLDII2-PF1214 and DLDII2-PF1315, so the two configurations compare directly. The matched crusher model row names PF1214 and PF1315. Total installed power is 190 kW on the smaller unit and 258 kW on the larger. The dimension rows are the ones that decide whether the plant can travel: transport length is 17480 or 17930 mm, transport width 3155 mm on both, and transport height 4890 or 4900 mm, with working width and height larger still, so check both sets against road permits and the site. Both units use a three-axle trailer, and total weight is 53 or 56 t.
