The tyre-mounted mobile cone crushing station assembles a high-performance vibrating feeder, a high-efficiency cone crusher, belt conveyors and an electrical control cabinet into one integrated unit. The integrated structure brings out the advantages of easy relocation, simple operation and co-ordinated matching between the individual units.
The cone crusher, vibrating screen, control cabinet, motor and matched auxiliary equipment can be configured to suit each customer’s own requirements. With a high-power cone crusher for medium and fine crushing, the plant offers good crushing capacity and working efficiency while staying manoeuvrable.
It is suited to hard rock such as granite, basalt and river pebbles, as well as metal ores, construction waste, mine tailings, cement clinker and refractory materials.

Choosing a tyre mobile cone crushing station

The station is suited to hard rock such as granite, basalt and river pebbles, as well as metal ores, construction waste, mine tailings, cement clinker and refractory materials, and it covers mining and rock crushing, finished aggregates, manufactured sand, construction waste recycling, refractory materials, building materials and cement, roads and bridges and expressways.
The table has one row per feature and four columns, DLDII2-4015-3 to DLDII2-5421-3, so the four configurations can be compared line by line. The matched crusher model row runs from TZC40TZH1536T to TZC54TZH2160T, which is the practical way to rank the four. Total power rises from 159.64 to 302.94 kW. The transport and working dimension rows are what decide whether the plant can travel at all: transport length runs from 16420 to 18500 mm and transport width from 2920 to 3960 mm, and the working figures are larger still, so both sets have to be checked against road permits and the site plan. The trailer axle configuration moves from three-axle to four-axle on the largest unit, and total weight runs from 45 to 78 t.
Before ordering, settle the rock type and its hardness, the largest lump, the finished grading, the tonnage, the tractor and road permits available, and the power supply on site.
