The DMLQ mobile impact crushing station is built around an impact crusher with a heavy-duty rotor, a large-volume crushing chamber, thick impact plates, alloy high-wear-resistant blow bars and a hydraulic opening device. These features give the station high crushing capacity and a large reduction ratio, together with stable quality, low production cost and convenient operation and maintenance.
It can crush ore and rock with a compressive strength of no more than 320 MPa. The crushed product is cubical, with a low content of elongated and flaky particles and almost no internal cracks.
Advantages
Hydraulic opening for maintenance
The rear frame of the crusher opens hydraulically for convenient inspection and maintenance, and the side discharge conveyor can be folded.
Heavy-duty rotor and large chamber
A heavy-duty rotor, highly wear-resistant materials and a large crushing chamber give a large feed size, a stable product, high output, good particle shape and a large reduction ratio.
Optional iron remover or return system
Depending on the customer requirements, the station can be supplied with an iron remover, a return system or an apron feeder system.
Wireless remote-controlled tracked travel
An intelligent wireless remote control drives the tracked undercarriage, so one operator can move the station on and off an ordinary flat-bed trailer for rapid relocation between sites.

How to select a mobile impact crushing station
The mobile impact crushing station is built around an impact crusher with a heavy-duty rotor, a large-volume crushing chamber, thick impact plates, alloy wear-resistant blow bars and a hydraulic opening device. Material is struck by the rotating blow bars and then thrown against the impact plates, so the machine works by impact and reaches a large reduction ratio in one pass. The product comes out cubical with a low content of elongated and flaky particles. The crusher can handle ore and rock with a compressive strength of no more than 320 MPa. Wireless remote control drives the tracked undercarriage.
The applications are mining and rock crushing, finished aggregates, manufactured sand, construction waste recycling, refractory materials, building materials and cement, roads and bridges and expressways.
The table is arranged by sub-assembly, with six columns covering three plant sizes - DMI100RS, DMI130RS and DMI160RS. Start with the impact crusher block: the units carry l1010, l1313 and l1316 crushers, with feed openings of 1100x800, 1240x990 and 1630x990 mm, maximum feeding sizes of 500, 550 and 600 mm, and motors of 160, 200-220 and 250-280 kW. The feeder block then fixes the hopper volume at 7 or 9 cubic metres and the maximum feeding size at 550 or 650 mm, so the largest lump in your feed decides the frame more than anything else. The whole-plant block carries the figures a buyer signs off on: capacity of 80-220, 150-300 or 180-360 t/h, external power of 208, 272-302 or 302-332 kW, total weight of 53-55, 58-60 or 60-62 t, and a body of 17.3 or 19.5 m long at 3.75 m wide.
Before ordering, settle the feed material and its compressive strength and largest lump, the products required per pass, the tonnage, the site access and the power supply.
