Feeders, screens, belt conveyors and sand washers — the links that decide whether the circuit actually reaches its rated tonnage.

13 years of crusher expertise: plant layout design, machine troubleshooting and after-sales support. We can recommend alternative equipment if your current model fails to meet demands.
Strict pre-shipment QC, one single contact for your whole project.
Direct supply of aftermarket replacement parts compatible with Metso, Sandvik and other mainstream brands.
Part quality comparable to OEM, with better price and shorter delivery time than original factories.
The crusher sets the size of the rock; the feeder, the screen, the washer and the conveyors decide whether the plant ever reaches the tonnage it was bought for. A feeder that surges starves the chamber on one stroke and floods it on the next. A screen that is 15% short of the crusher output sends oversize back round the circuit until the belt is full.
This is why we size the auxiliary equipment from the crusher and the product split rather than from the price list: the feeder from the crusher feed opening and the hopper volume, the screen from the tonnage at each cut size, the conveyor from the tonnage and the largest lump on the belt.
A pan or small-plate feeder suits a short, controlled draw from a hopper; a ZSW vibrating feeder also scalps fines ahead of the crusher, which is what keeps a jaw from packing with dirt. On the screen side, the deck count follows the number of products you sell, and the screen area follows the tonnage at the aperture you are cutting at.
Aperture, bulk density and the proportion of oversize in the feed all move the real capacity away from the table figure, so the table is where the sizing starts, not where it ends.
A wheel washer handles a modest tonnage with little water; a screw washer takes the larger tonnage and needs a matching supply and a settling capacity for the silt it takes out. Choosing between them is a water-balance question as much as a tonnage one.
Belt conveyors are quoted per metre, because width, length, incline, belt specification and drive all change with the run. Give us the tonnage, the largest lump and the two end points and the conveyor can be specified exactly.
