The PF impact crusher is suitable for the secondary and fine crushing of soft and medium-hard ores. It consists mainly of the housing, the rotor and the impact plates. The rotor has a larger moment of inertia and energy consumption is low; the blow bars are made of high-chromium material, which resists impact and abrasion and extends the service life of the wear parts.
The feed opening is large and the crushing chamber is high, so a wide range of materials can be handled. The finished product is cubical and free from tension cracks, with a good particle shape that meets the grading requirements for sand and gravel aggregates.
Material entering through the feed opening is struck by the blow bars on the high-speed rotor and broken by the impact. The broken material is thrown against the impact plates and broken again before it leaves through the discharge opening. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame changes the discharge size and the shape of the product.
The machine has a simple structure, made up mainly of the housing, the rotor and the impact plates. A jacking device opens the rear frame quickly so that parts can be replaced and the machine serviced.
The rotor is connected to the main shaft by a keyless taper-lock connection. This makes maintenance convenient, and the arrangement is economical and reliable.
Indicative price: USD 26,800 – 227,800 — across the models in this series; the final price depends on configuration, options and delivery term.

Its applications are mining and rock crushing, finished aggregates, manufactured sand, construction waste recycling, refractory materials, building materials and cement, roads and bridges and expressways.
The table covers nine models, PF-1007 through PF-1820, and it is worth reading the feed columns before the capacity columns. Feed openings run from 820 x 700 mm on PF-1007 to 1500 x 2050 mm on PF-1820, and the maximum feed size column steps from 300 mm on the smaller machines to 350 and then 500 mm, which is the hard limit on the lump you may present. Capacity then runs from 24-45 t/h on PF-1007 to 550-860 t/h on PF-1820, and motor power from 55 kW to 280 kW on the single-drive models or 280 x 2 kW on the twin-drive PF-1620. Weight rises from 9.5 to 90 t and the dimension column gives the footprint. Because capacity is quoted as a band, the top of the band assumes favourable, well-graded feed, so plan on the lower part of the range unless the material has been tested.
Before ordering, settle the feed material and its hardness and largest lump, the required tonnage and finished grading, the abrasiveness of the rock and how it affects wear parts, the site layout and the power supply.
